You will be talked through every step of typical gastric band surgery and at the end of the treatment be convinced that your stomach is now roughly the size of a golf ball. Anything more than small portions of food will lead to the feeling of you being full and bloated. When you reach your chosen ideal weight your hypno-band will naturally disintegrate. By the time your body has reached this stage, you will have adopted a whole new eating pattern and will therefore maintain your new target weight effortlessly.
Hypnotherapy is a form of psychotherapy that enables you to enlist the help of your subconscious mind to bring about amazing life altering changes. You will remain in full control and will be able to come out of trance at any time you choose. You cannot be made to do or say anything against your will.
